Description: This new four-unit townhouse development bridges between larger multi-unit residential buildings to the south and a predominantly single-family neighbourhood to the north. A slight push-pull and gentle step with the landscape generates a modest but dynamic facade to front a highly efficient interior layout suitable for a young family or a collection of post-secondary students.
